Gourmet Mushroom Workshops

  These Hands-On Educational and Informative Mushroom Classes will provide you with delicious, Healthy Shiitake, Lions Mane,Beech or Reishi Mushrooms for years to come your choose.

Participants learn to inoculate logs, are given a log care guide, and take home the log they inoculate. The classes are also a fun way to see the farm, and share the fun with fellow mushroom enthusiasts.
